What is Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy?
My background includes training, supervision and ongoing professional consultation in the field of psychoanalysis. My modality can be described as psychoanalytic psychotherapy. Unlike cognitive approaches, a psychoanalytic approach is a deeper process which provides powerful, life-changing benefits.
